    Light Pole
    Installation &
    Replacement.

    From the ground up.

Foundations, trenching, conduit, underground wiring, the pole itself and the fixture on top of it. One contractor for the whole assembly instead of three trades pointing at each other.

    Light Pole Installation & Replacement

A pole project is a civil job with a light on top.

Changing a pole-mounted fixture is an afternoon. Setting a pole is a different scope entirely. There is a foundation to pour, a trench to cut, conduit and wire to run, a feeder to pick up and a base that has to be right before anything goes vertical.

We handle the whole assembly, coordinate the excavation, and stay on the job through testing and commissioning. Owners get one number to call when something is wrong, instead of an electrician, a concrete sub and a lighting vendor each blaming the other two.

    GRADE 1 2 3 4

Everything above ground depends on what is under it. We coordinate the excavation, set the anchor bolt cage and place the foundation to suit the pole height, the wind loading and the soil on your site.

    • Anchor bolt patterns
    • Base plate and grouting

Trenching, conduit and the wire that ties the pole back to a panel. This is the part owners never see and the part that causes the most problems later when it was done badly.

    • Underground wiring
    • Electrical feeders
    • Pull boxes and junctions
    • Restoration after backfill

Setting the new pole, or pulling the old one and matching what stands beside it. Height, arm length, bolt circle and finish all get checked against the existing run before anything is ordered.

Wire up through the shaft, fuse the hand hole, mount the head and point it where the light is actually needed. Aiming is what separates an even lot from one with hot spots and dark gaps.

Why poles come down in South Florida

Light pole bent at the base after a vehicle strike in a commercial parking lot

    Vehicle strikes

The most common call. We handle the removal, the new base if the anchor bolts sheared, and documentation for the insurance claim.

    Storm and wind damage

Bent shafts, lost fixture heads and poles that shifted on the base. After a storm we prioritize lots that are dark and open to the public.

    Base corrosion

Salt air and standing water eat the anchor bolts and the bottom of the shaft. A pole can look fine from the road and be unsafe at the base.

    Failed underground wiring

Water in the conduit and corroded splices take out a whole section of a lot. Replacing fixtures will not fix it.

    Common questions

    Pole work, answered

That is the goal on every replacement. We measure the existing height, arm length, shaft size, bolt circle and finish before quoting. Where an exact match is no longer made, we will show you the closest option and what will look different.

We coordinate the excavation and the trenching as part of the scope. You are hiring one contractor for the foundation, the underground work, the pole and the fixture, not three.

It depends on whether the existing foundation can be reused. If the base and anchor bolts are sound it can be a single visit. If the foundation has to be removed and repoured, there is a concrete cure period between the two trips.

Requirements vary by municipality across Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach. We identify what your jurisdiction requires during the quote so there are no surprises once the trench is open.

Yes. We document the damage with photos, provide an itemized scope and price for the replacement, and can work directly with your adjuster or property manager on the paperwork.

Yes. New installations mean a new foundation, a trench back to a source of power and a feeder with capacity for the load. We check the panel first, because that is what usually decides how many poles can be added.

    Start from the ground up.

Send us the property and what you need, whether that is one knocked-down pole or a full run across a new lot. We will walk it and quote the whole assembly.

    • Foundations and trenching included
    • Replacements matched to the run
    • Insurance documentation
    • Tested and commissioned
