  • Preventive Maintenance Programs

Find problems before they become larger service issues.

Lighting Management provides scheduled property inspections and preventive maintenance programs designed to identify lighting and electrical problems before they lead to larger failures — including the nighttime inspections that are the only way to see how a property actually lights.

    Monthly lighting plans

Most properties fit one of our standard monthly plans — interior, exterior or warehouse — with bulbs, ballasts, capacitors and site visits included. Larger properties get a plan built for them after a site visit.

    • Commercial InteriorOffice, hallway and restroom lighting on quarterly visits.
    • Commercial ExteriorHigh pole bulbs, wall packs, canopies, ballasts and capacitors on monthly visits.
    • Warehouse & BuildingWall packs, canopies, ballasts and capacitors on monthly visits.
