No. The trucks are ours. There is no rental line, no delivery fee and no waiting on an equipment yard to have something available.
Usually. We cone off only the area under the boom and work pole by pole. For busy retail, restaurant and dealership sites we often run the work overnight instead.
Most of the time. The trucks carry common fixtures, drivers, photocells and wire. If something needs a specific fixture we do not stock, we diagnose it on the first visit so the second one is a straight replacement.
Almost never. Lights burning through the day are usually a failed photocell, a time clock that lost its schedule or a control wiring fault. We test those before quoting any fixture work.
Both. Single repair calls are welcome, and many properties move to a scheduled maintenance route once they see how many fixtures were out that nobody reported.
